Dr. Nicole Rodriguez completed her biology major in University of Massachusetts, Boston where she also completed a minor in Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences. She received her medical doctor degree from Universidad de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed a pre-internship program of clinical rotations in Mount Vernon Hospital, in New York through New York Medical College. She completed her pediatrics residency at Hospital Episcopal San Lucas in Puerto Rico where she was named Resident of the Year and the Pediatric Chief Resident. She worked in the pediatric emergency department setting for two years before moving to Jacksonville to start working in urgent care. Dr. Rodriguez is very passionate about her work and really enjoys taking care of children.

Dr. O was the Medical Director of Children’s Medical Services in the Central Florida Region (Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard Counties) from 2004 – 2019; and the Medical Director of Leesburg Regional Hospital Pediatric Hospitalist Program.

Lee R. Tosi, M.D.
Dr. Tosi graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 2003 and completed his pediatric residency at Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in 2006. He then went on to complete two pediatric subspecialty fellowships in Los Angeles. His first fellowship was in pediatric critical care at Mattel Children’s Hospital at UCLA and his second was in pediatric cardiac critical care at The Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He returned to the Midwest after completing these fellowships and became a staff pediatric cardiac intensivist at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis Indiana. After four years in this position and serving as the pediatric cardiac population director of morbidity and mortality, he decided to transition into the field of pediatric urgent care medicine and happily returned to a location with palm trees. He thoroughly enjoys working in the pediatric urgent care medicine field where he finds that his previous skills and experience are very helpful. Dr. Tosi is eager to engage with children of all ages in a happy fun filled environment.
