Dr. Ayodeji Otegbeye, MD
Dr. Ayodeji Otegbeye, better known as “Dr. O” is the President and Founder of Central Florida Pediatrics Intensive Care Specialists and Night Lite Pediatrics Urgent Care in Orlando, Florida, USA which developed a novel approach to care of children and adolescents in Central Florida. He is the Medical Director of Children’s Medical Services in the Central Florida Region (Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard Counties) where he oversees the care of children with special health care needs and the Medical Director of Leesburg Regional Hospital Pediatric Hospitalist Program.
Dr. Otegbeye completed his residency and fellowship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He is board certified in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Pediatric Critical Care.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, member of the American College of Physicians and Society for Critical Care Medicine. He specializes in pediatric critical care with special skills and interest in pulmonary medicine.
Dr. O has been recognized in Orlando Magazine as one of Central Florida’s “Best” Pediatric Physicians. He is the President Globalmed Consulting Group and a director and partner Health Care Diagnostics and Medical Services which are groups involved in health care delivery to developing countries especially Africa. Dr. Vivek Desai, MD
Dr. Vivek Desai was the past Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Florida Children’s Hospital for 2015-2016. He is a regional medical director of medical foster care program at CMS. He completed his residency at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and his pediatric critical care fellowship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Desai is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care and has been recognized in Orlando magazine as one of Central Florida’s “Best Pediatric Physicians” for last several years. Dr. Desai has recently joined the corporate board for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida.

Dr. Oludapo (Dapo) Soremi, MD completed his residency and chief residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York City, New York and completed his pediatric critical care fellowship at Shand’s Hospital in Gainsville, Florida. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
Dr. Reiner, MD
Dr. Reiner is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Maryland, and received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his Pediatric Residency training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Initially in private practice, Dr. Reiner spent the next 15 years as a Pediatric Emergency physician in Baltimore, 10 of those years as the Medical Director. In 2010, Dr. Reiner relocated south, practiced in a regional trauma center and then served as a civilian Pediatrician to the US Army at Womack Army Medical Center in FT Bragg, North Carolina. In 2013, Dr. Reiner moved to Florida and joined Night Lite Pediatrics. Dr. Reiner is Board Certified in Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Pittman, MD
After completing his Bachelor of Science degree at Mercer University, Dr. Pittman earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1986 as a member of the first graduating class of Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. He completed a combined internship and residency at the now Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. His previous positions included a private practice in Sarasota and Zephyrhills, as well as a pediatric hospitalist at Broward General Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Before joining Night Lite, he worked in a private practice in Lake Mary and Sanford for almost a decade. He has also served for 5 years as past chairman of the department of pediatrics at Central Florida Regional Hospital.

Dr. Maricor Grio is a board-certified pediatrician and pediatric nephrologist. She received her medical degree from the University Of Miami School Of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Grio then completed her pediatric residency at Orlando Health in 2004. She accomplished her subspecialty in Pediatric Nephrology with a Masters in Clinical Research Design & Statistical Analysis from University of Michigan in 2007, as an NIH scholar. She was recognized as a top nephrologist in Orlando while practicing at Arnold Palmer Hospital from 2007-2014. She joined Night Lite Pediatrics in 2014 and additionally serves as a principal investigator for industry sponsored clinical research. Dr. Marjorie Nwosu completed her pediatric residency at Sparrow Hospital and Michigan State University in Lansing Michigan. She obtained a Master’s in Public Health from San Diego State University and is licensed to practice medicine in Michigan, Illinois and Florida. Dr. Nwosu moved to Florida from Illinois and has been in practice both in Michigan and Illinois for over twenty years. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Garcia has been a board-certified pediatrician for over 20 years. He obtained his B.S. degree from Boston College and graduated from medical school from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena, in the Dominican Republic. He completed his residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, in New York, and since then has been practicing in Orlando. Before joining Night Lite Pediatrics, he worked in primary care. He enjoys his free time with his wife and two children.

Dr. Fabio Villegas attended the Pontifical Bolivarian University in Colombia, where he completed his undergraduate and doctorate degrees. In the early nineties, Dr. Villegas attended Miami Dade Community college and learned English as his second language. He then went on to practice general pediatrics at the Caguas Regional Hospital in Puerto Rico. Dr. Villegas has been with Night Lite Pediatrics since 2014 and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association and is a Board Content Member of Health.

Jennifer Nicosia received her Master’s in medical science from Nova Southeastern University. Nicosia studied Health Science in Boston, Massachusetts at Northeastern University. Nicosia worked has a clinical care technician in the surgical care unit. She has been with Night Lite Pediatrics since 2014.

Dr. Nickeey K. Malcolm, MD, FAAP did her pediatric Residency at the University of Florida from 2004- 2007, after earning her Doctorate at Ross University in Brooklyn, NY in 2003. Dr. Malcolm was awarded the “Above and Beyond Award” for Community Health Centers in 2011, and was involved in Pediatric Health Screenings at Wyckoff Annual Health Fair in Brooklyn, N.Y. in 2003. Dr. Malcolm is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association, Society of Adolescent Medicine, and the Florida Pediatric Society.

Before joining Night Lite Pediatrics, Dr. Kaaashmiri was the chairman in the Department of Pediatrics at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Utica, New York and a child counselor at Indian River Community Mental health center in Fort Pierce, Florida. Dr. Shroff, MD
Dr. Shroff attended medical school in Bombay, India and received his doctoral degree from Bombay University in 1980. He completed his residency in pediatrics, in Jersey City Medical Center N.J. in 1990 and worked as a pediatrician with Milford Pediatric-which is a part of Southboro Medical Group in Milford M.A. for 27 years. Dr. Shroff was an attending Pediatrician in Milford Regional medical center and during his tenure he received an outstanding pediatrician award from Blue Cross Blue shield of MA in 2001 and most likable pediatrician from Tufts Medical in 2004. Dr. Shroff joined Night Lite Pediatrics in 2016 as full time Pediatrician.

Sherin Mubarak attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her undergraduate degree in microbiology. Immediately after graduating, she attended NOVA Southeastern and received her Masters of Science in the Physician Assistant program. She worked for a short period of time in a private primary pediatric care facility. Mubarak then started working for Night Lite Pediatrics. Mubarak’s favorite part of her career is contact with children.

Don Donald R. Savage, Jr, M.D. is a graduate of The Ohio State Medical School. He trained in Pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he was named Pediatric Resident of the Year. Dr. Savage has been practicing since 1984, 26 years in Findlay, Ohio and the last 7 years in Florida. In Findlay Ohio, he practiced General Pediatrics, managed and staffed Physician’s Plus Urgent Care, and worked as Assistant Medical Director at Blanchard Valley Hospital. For the last 3 years, he has been employed with Night Lite Pediatrics, most recently in West Melbourne, Florida. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His medical interests are in Urgent Care, especially asthma and laceration repair, and speaking to groups about Pediatric Care. He is the proud father of 7 children and 6 grandchildren.
Dr. Tosi, MD
Dr. Tosi graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 2003, and completed his pediatric residency at Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in 2006. He then went on to complete two pediatric subspecialty fellowships in Los Angeles. His first fellowship was in pediatric critical care at Mattel Children’s Hospital at UCLA and his second was in pediatric cardiac critical care at The Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He returned to the Midwest after completing these fellowships and became a staff pediatric cardiac intensivist at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis Indiana. After four years in this position and serving as the pediatric cardiac population director of morbidity and mortality, he decided to transition into the field of pediatric urgent care medicine and happily returned to a location with palm trees. He thoroughly enjoys working in the pediatric urgent care medicine field where he finds that his previous skills and experience are very helpful. Dr. Tosi is eager to engage with children of all ages in a happy fun filled environment.
