Night Lite Pediatrics (NLP), today announced the opening of its newest pediatric urgent care clinic in Jacksonville FL. The clinic, which is located at 11140 Beach Blvd., is now open for families seven days a week from 3 p.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on the weekends.

Night Lite Pediatrics offers medical services for patients from newborn to 21 years of age. No appointment is needed for moderate to minor injuries and illnesses including cold/flu, infections, lacerations fractures, allergic reactions and more. The clinic comes equipped with eight rooms, which include two procedure rooms and an on-site lab and x-ray.

“For the past 14 years, NLP has provided compassionate, affordable and convenient pediatric medical care to the communities and visitors in the Orlando Metro area. It brings me great pleasure to be able to expand our model of providing exceptional pediatric care to the families of Jacksonville,” said Dr. Ayodeji B. Otegbeye, Partner at Night Lite Pediatrics Urgent Care.

Night Lite Pediatric clinics function as an extension of a patient’s primary care provider. With the patient’s permission, any diagnostic notes, lab results, and x-rays can be forwarded to the patient’s primary care pediatrician within 24 hours of their visit. Most insurances are accepted including Medicaid, and for patients without insurance, affordable self-pay rates are offered.

The grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, Aug 11 from 10 a.m. -1 p.m. and will include a tour of the new location, refreshments, giveaways and fun-filled activities. This event is open to all community members and medical professionals in the area.
