This is foremost the best pediatrics I’ve ever brought my child to they actually do get the job done and helped my baby out to the fullest he came in wheezing could barely breathe and he is feeling much better already I would really prefer for anyone one with children to use this place there fabulous 💯💯💯❣️

Last night I took two of my kiddos here for various reasons. I have to say, it was truly 5 star service! Edward took care of us at the beginning to get us in, he was excellent! The provider we saw, Cindy, was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel assured that the visit was thorough and complete. Thanks Edward and Cindy for helping us out with a great job last night.

So I have to let you know I was very reluctant to come here. I literally tried everything I could at home to avoid coming. We came here to this location a couple of times in the past few years and it was a horrible experience- the staff and doctor were so rude- they barely talked. Fast forward to last night… it was an amazing experience. The doctor whom we didn’t see acknowledged my son and I and he waved. Cindy the PA is who we saw and she came in very positive spoke to us made my son and myself feel very comfortable. Started small talk with him. I am not sure if the young lady that took my sons vitals was an MA, LPN, or RN but I wish I would have got your name before leaving thank you much for your kindness. The front staff at the desk I wish I would have gotten their name they were both so nice! You know it really makes a difference when someone has a positive attitude, when they are kind, and they take their time speaking with you. Thank you so much and I hope the staff stays and trains the others to continue to respond with such! Waiting for results to come back wasn’t bad because the wonderful attitudes of the staff! Thank you again for the wonderful experience and change of past experiences!

I only waited a few minutes and the staff were all great. Dr. Reiner was excellent and very nice. Edward and the nurse were nice and did a good job too!! Definitely a good experience for my 4 year old who broke her finger 🙁

Had to take my daughter for a COVID test before travel. They were so busy, but everyone was so kind and worked hard to get her in and out as quickly as possible. Entire staff was professional and caring. Rochelle at the front desk was a rockstar. She was getting pulled in ten different directions, but handled it all like a true professional and kindness amongst the busy. I had talked to her before we arrived and she recognized the name when we got there. So nice to have someone on the front line that understands your needs and helps get everything scheduled and answers all questions, all while balancing phone calls, other patients and in office assistance to other staff members. Thank you Rochelle for a great experience at the front desk checking in and out. And thank you to all the staff at Night Light pediatrics.

Had a great experience. Went on a Sunday at noon because my son had a fever, runny nose, and sore throat. I didn’t think it was anything more than a small virus but you never know these days, and I felt it would put his school and friends parents minds at ease, so I took him in. Everyone from the front desk to all care givers were very understanding and very nice and even went above and beyond and tested him for COVID, Flu, and strep. All test results back in a reasonable amount of time (think a couple of hours not minutes, but that’s better than days in my book). Great experience!

We’ve come here many times and it’s always been a pleasure, considering the circumstances of coming here with a sick kiddo. The staff is very friendly and they know how to talk to kids (toddlers at least). They always provide exceptional service and always make sure all of our questions (if we have any) have been answered. Side note: the artwork is some of the finest in town. 😊

My 4 month old had a virtual visit today. It was our first visit here. I filled out the online registration, called and the young lady was with a patient and asked could she give me a call right back. She called me about 15 minutes later asked me for some information, and got my daughter an appointment 30 minutes later!! The doctor we saw was very pleasant and kind! A prescription was called over to my local pharmacy IMMEDIATELY….my children’s regular pediatrician sometimes takes hours to send one. So I was very impressed! Needless to say we will be using them for any “emergencies” we have in the future! 😊
